On March 1, 2019, Hasmik Arakelyan, the Head of Breavis Research Department was hosted by Artsakh State University in Stepanakert with a special workshop entitled “The importance of Public Research and its Methods.” Artak Beglaryan, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Republic and Anush Khavakyan, the Assistant of the President of Artsakh Parliament were among the participants of the Workshop along with the students and academic staff of the University.
Hasmik Arakelyan emphasized on the importance of combining the practice and theory while conducting a field work: “Students generally lack the practice while conducting their surveys and this was the reason I decided to stress on certain case studies and peculiarities of public opinion polls,” noted by Hasmik Arakelyan.
