JOB DESCRIPTION:  We’re seeking a mid-level multimedia production specialist to work on and deliver multimedia content across various marketing projects. The role will initially focus on 2D animation and motion graphics, video and photo editing, and active involvement in photo and video shoots. Bringing fresh perspectives and contributing original creative ideas is a core expectation of the role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on diverse marketing projects across different industries and brands.
• Create compelling motion graphics and edits that reach and engage large audiences.
• Develop and adapt motion timing and pacing in alignment with audio and storytelling requirements.
• Collaborate with other creatives including designers, photo/videographers, marketing specialists to produce high-quality marketing materials.  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging multimedia technologies.
• A strong understanding of animation fundamentals, good sense of dynamics, shape, color correction/grading, composition and passion for cinematography.
• Comfortable working with feedback, revisions, and tight deadlines.
• Curiosity about new trends, tools, and formats in motion, video, and digital content.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into visual stories.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting content across brands.
• Strong will and self-motivation to complete tasks on time.
• Hands-on experience with video shooting, including camera operation, framing, and lighting, is a plus.
• Knowledge of English will be considered as a plus.
