BREAVIS (represented by IPSC – Institute of Political and Sociological Consulting) is looking for Phone Interviewers

POSITION: Phone Interviewer
TYPE: Contract-based
DURATION: Ongoing
LOCATION: Yerevan

Job Description 

Breavis is looking for flexible, responsible, and communicative individuals to join our team as Phone Interviewers. You will play a key role in our research team by conducting phone surveys using tablets and contributing to the successful implementation of sociological and research projects.

The work schedule is flexible, with a minimum daily engagement of 5 hours, making it possible to combine this job with studies or another primary job. Phone interviewers will work from our office located in Yerevan.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participation in research programs

  • Attending training courses organized by the company

  • Conducting telephone surveys from our office

  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s quality control requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Secondary professional or higher education (students are also eligible)

  • Strong communication skills; fluent and articulate speech

  • Excellent command of Armenian (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team

  • Time management skills

  • Responsibility, punctuality, honesty, flexibility, and ability to make quick decisions
