DURATION: Long-term with a probation period of 3 months; working hours՝ 09։30-18։30

JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re seeking a mid-level graphic designer with at least 2 year experience. Graphic designer is responsible for the design, maintenance and development of materials, the appearance of corporate elements developed for the Company or clients. The design specialist pursues innovative design approaches in his work. He/she will make suggestions and reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create infographics, pictures and other promo-content containing visuals on the organization’s and customer’s websites and on official pages.
• Create and maintain the visual identity of the Company or its clients.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients or stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design decisions and effectively addressing any questions or concerns.
• Organize the necessary visual printing of materials, bringing them to the desired format.
• Suggest different approaches to visual communication and concepts based on the goals of the Company or the client. 
• Take part in Communication department’s project discussions, make new ideas and suggestions.
• Collaborate with other specialists, find out possible mistakes and incorrectness, show willingness for their correction.
• Adapt the commercials of international organizations to the Armenian market.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Participation in design or related courses or bachelor’s degree;
• At least two years of professional experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;
• Knowledge of Adobe XD, Corel Draw is desirable;
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles;
• Ability to work in strict time;
• Ability and willingness of teamwork;
• High personal qualities (communication capability, sense of responsibility, honesty, commitment, professional interest).
