We conduct telephone surveys through CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) centralized computer system, in special rooms equipped with relevant facilities and modern appliances.
CATI system enables to watch and control the whole process of survey. Phone numbers are randomly selected out of the shared database. The system capabilities make possible to join the ongoing interview and evaluate the quality. Technical errors are excluded. The responses given turn beyond the reach of the interviewer. This method is basically used for marketing research.
