MediaMax news agency in cooperation with IPSC – Institute for political and sociological consulting launches a new series of articles, which aim to present some interesting and sometimes even unexpected results of public opinion polls in Armenia. In this article IPSC analyst Lilit Hakobyan discusses which are the main information sources for people living in Armenia and how public preferences were changed during the years. Neighbors and relatives were the second main information sources after the TV news for the RA population in the recent past years 2011-2012. However, according to the IPSC survey results, there was a big turn in public behavior in this field. “Neighbors-relatives” information source was replaced by the Internet. Does this change of news outlet influence the content of information?
