IPSC also organized a poll among the participants of the fair concerning the job market for young people in Armenia. 164 students participated in the poll. The poll revealed that the most important factors that young people consider when applying for a job are the overall working conditions – 98%), opportunities for professional growth – 95%, as well as the salary of the job – 94%. The less important facts were compliance to the profession -57%, the distance from the home -51% and the possibility of distance working -40%.
