On June 28th of this year, the President Serzh Sargsyan visited IPSC/Breavis Company, providing public opinion research and communications consulting. The Memorandum of Cooperation has been signed, and a brief presentation of “Ditaket” project took place. The signing of the memorandum marked the beginning of an unprecedented project. Within the scope of “Ditaket” project, aimed at modernization of the army, full-scale research quota differentiation have been carried out among the soldiers conscripted in 2017, by positioning previously closed institution in a measurable and controllable field.

The CEO of IPSC/Breavis Hovhannes Grigoryan has presented the activities of the Company, the work done by IPSC since its establishment, the ongoing projects and future plans to the President Serzh Sargsyan.

In the newly opened office, the president talked with staff members of Research and Communications consulting departments and separate projects, and got acquainted with the details of operations management and Company’s achievements.

Operating since its establishment in 2006, the Company is currently presented under brand new Breavis trademark, replacing the paper version of public opinion polls by electronic method.

For the latter, the Company’s specialists have developed a special CAPI software that instantly transmits the results of the polls to a secure field, making it inaccessible even for the interviewers.
