American University of Armenia (AUA) hosted the annual “PR Summit 2015” event this weekend, and the professionals of IPSC were invited to hold a session on Research during the conference.
The Summit, taking place for already 2nd year, aims to set a common platform for professionals to discuss the main trends and developments of the PR sphere in Armenia and worldwide. IPSC was also one of the partners of PR Summit as the company appreciates all the efforts of its colleagues in fostering the development of the Communications sphere in Armenia.

Campaign Approach to Public Engagement, Digital corporate communications, Reputation management and, certainly, the importance of research in all the campaigns were among the most discussed topics of the event. IPSC analyst Lilit Nahapetyan and Communications manager Shushan Harutyunyan conducted a session on research Challenge, entitled “You can’t Manage what you don’t measure”. IPSC experts highlighted that research plays a crucial rule in different phases of Communications campaigns such as planning, implementation and evaluation. It helps to foresee the risks, prevent the crisis and to get planned goals.
